Class Experience

US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 5
I’ll cover subjects like math, reading, and test prep, focusing on areas where your child needs the most support.

We’ll dive into topics like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and STAAR test strategies. I adapt the topics to match each student’s grade level and needs.

Each class is designed to be interactive and engaging, with a mix of mini-lessons, practice problems, and review sessions. I start with a quick check-in to see where the student is, then dive into the lesson, and end with a recap or fun activity.

How will you teach?
I use a variety of tools like slides, interactive whiteboards, and visuals to make learning clear and fun. I also incorporate educational games, quizzes, and videos to keep things exciting!

What’s your teaching style?
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and supportive. I focus on creating a positive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and exploring new ideas.

How much will learners get to interact with you?
There will be lots of interaction! Students will actively participate in the lessons, ask questions, work through problems with me, and enjoy activities like games and discussions. I make sure everyone gets the chance to share their thoughts and engage with the material!
