Homework Help: Math Homework Tutoring, Grades K-8

In this ongoing class, enroll for on-the-spot math homework help. There is no formal lesson plans each week. The parent is responsible for sending the homework at the time of enrollment. The activity will be working on the child's math homework. Enroll in less than 24 hours before class start time or plan to enroll each week. Just upload a picture of the homework, your learner needs help with. We will use manipulatives and other math strategies such as, finding patterns and making the problems applicable to real-life. Each class will follow this pattern:
--Warm up: Practice an applicable math skill  (5 min)- This also helps me to see what learning gaps there are.
--Direct Instruction: Use manipulatives and other math strategies to work through the problems presented in the learner's homework.
--Reflection: Wrap up the meeting with a quick informative assessment to see how well the learner retained the information.
After class I will send an email to the parent updating them on how well the lesson went for their learner and what they still need to practice.
