Homeschool Unschool Weekly Reading Club. This weekly reading club allows learners to read at their own pace and discuss the details of their book, graphic novel or digital media with others. Learners will have the opportunity to pick their own book, graphic novel or digital media material, read at their own pace and share their reading adventure with the class. Each week learners will have time to discuss and recommend reading material to each other. This class is designed so that learners feel no pressure to complete the reading material of their choice by a certain time frame. We will work on reading the story, understanding and retaining the information they have read. Learners will enjoy getting to complete puzzles and trivia that corresponds with the reading material they chose. Puzzles and trivia will be designed by the teacher based on each learner's book, graphic novel or digital reading material. This class is inclusive and everyone is welcome. Learners will need to check in on camera when entering the classroom. Learners have the opportunity to chat verbally in class or via the chat box feature.
