Class Experience
If your first grader needs practice in reading, as well as reading comprehension, this class may be the one for him or her. Each week we will introduce one phonetic sound as well as focus on sight words. Every class will begin with reading a short passage followed by a discussion of the story to improve comprehension. Parents may optionally choose to practice sight words, and or the reading passage out of class. Both will be provided by request.
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
