Who loves the toffee crunch displayed in the candy stores? If you love the toffee crunch you will love your homemade toffee candy. They are so crunchy and buttery they melt in your mouth. You will have the option to add different crunches to your toffee. You will learn to read and use a candy thermometer. How to prepare your mold for the perfect candy. This is perfect treat year round.
What a great way to measure out the ingredients and turn into a crunchy and buttery yummy treat year round. You will need a candy thermometer that reads up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. You will learn how to read a candy thermometer for your perfect candy crunch.
I have cooked and baked for over 40 years and enjoy passing the joy of sweets, to all that want to learn.
