US Grade 1 - 4
This winter break come workout with us! Join us in this Pilates workout for 7-12 year olds. Pilates is a great way to stay active, build  core strength and flexibility in the hips and spine. Pilates also helps with posture and coordination.
We will start with a warm up and do 10-15 Pilates exercises focused on the core and hips.
The teacher for this class creates an atmosphere that is welcoming and encouraging. She provides individual feedbask for learners throughout the class to help each learner be safe and get stronger.

Parental Guidance
Please be sure your learner has plenty of floor space and a mat for this class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
