In this, three week study, your student will learn about different holidays people celebrate around the world. We will tour the city, listen to the history of the holiday, and make a craft at the end!
Class experience
Students we are ready to take off! As your tour guide, we will be traveling to different countries all over the world. We will be learning how others celebrate holidays in their country. We will also be looking at things such as: their language, flag, customs, and food they eat during the holidays. We will also be making a craft pertaining to their holiday. Students will gain a sense of knowledge about each country we visit.
2 files available upon enrollmentI will be providing the handouts for the students to make the crafts. I will post them in the classroom as one packet for you to print out. You will need different colors cardstock. The crafts are labeled with the correct color.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
