Class Experience
The goal of this class is to have fun and gain confidence while learning skills in the kitchen.
almond flour oat flour (certified gluten free if needed) baking soda baking powder ground ginger cinnamon salt coconut oil coconut sugar blackstrap molasses vanilla extract non-dairy milk of choice stand or handheld mixer mixing bowls spatula measuring cups measuring spoons baking sheet parchment paper cookie scoop or spoon oven
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class does require the use of a mixer and oven so parental guidance is necessary. Not a safe recipe for students with a tree nut allergy.
