Welcome to my music studio, Outschoolers! As a complete beginner, in this special, limited edition series, you will learn to play (and sing along) to familiar tunes on your keyboard or piano! The goal of these lessons is to introduce you to * the songs and/or the keyboard and piano * help you learn to play some familiar tunes/repertoire * gain confidence, more importantly, I want you to enjoy playing the piano/keyboard and have fun! Please note, if you sign up for piano/keyboard: * you will be required to have a keyboard or piano * you do not need to know how to read music

As an award-winning, internationally acclaimed musician, research scholar, and educator, I have collaborated with world-renowned performers, writers, and scholars.
I have a Ph.D. (Ethnomusicology), M.Mus (Voice Performance), MPhil (Philosophy and religious studies), M.A., and B.A. (English Literature). ATCL and LTCL diplomas (Voice Performance) from Trinity College London. I have more than 30 years of experience as a live and recording artist and I have taught survey courses and applied voice and piano lessons at the studio, conservatory, and university levels for more than two decades.
Fun facts about me: My voice has been featured on award-winning Bollywood film soundtracks. And as a polyglot, I can speak and understand French, German, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Tamil, and Hindi.
