Teacher expertise and credentials
Doctoral Degree in English from University of Central Florida
I teach English literature, conversation, and document design classes for native English speakers and English language learners. My teaching career began 20 years ago in a large high school and has since included 1:1 language coaching, university courses from composition to world literature, and technical writing. I am happiest when I am reading a good book, discussing poetry, or creating a color palette for a presentation or document. Sharing these interests with young learners and helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in English courses and to enjoy literature has been a wonderful new stage in my teaching career.
