"Jingle Bells" - Healthy Holiday Traditions
 * Topic: Understanding the importance of traditions and making healthy choices during the holiday season
* Activities:
+ Holiday Food Scavenger Hunt 
+ Create a Healthy Holiday Menu 
Lesson 2:
"Sleigh the Sugar" - Healthy Snacks and Treats
 * Topic: Identifying healthy snack options and making healthy treats during the holiday season
+ Holiday Snack Sorting
+ "Make-Your-Own Trail Mix": students create their own trail mix using nuts, seeds, and dried fruit
+ Healthy Holiday Treats 
Lesson 3:
"Santa's Sizzlin' Salad" - Healthy Meals and Sides
 * Topic: Understanding the importance of healthy meals and sides during the holiday season
+ "Holiday Meal Planning": Students plan and create a healthy holiday meal, featuring a protein source, healthy sides, and fruits/vegetables
+ "Make-a-Side": Learners create their own healthy side dish, such as roasted vegetables or quinoa
+ "Santa's Sizzlin' Salad" recipe 
Lesson 4:
"Frosty's Favorites" - Hydration and Special Dietary Need
 * Topic: Understanding the importance of hydration and special dietary needs during the holiday season
+ "Holiday Hydration Station": students create a list of healthy hydration options during the holiday season
+ "Special Dietary Needs": students discuss and understand special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan
