Description
Class Experience
I have taught early childhood music at the Armstrong Community School in Austin for the past 15 years. For several years I was also the Early Childhood Coordinator, where part of my job was writing and revising early childhood class curriculum.
If you have any rhythm instruments around the house, have them handy (i.e. jingle bells, maracas, empty paper towel rolls, cardboard boxes, kitchen items, etc.). I will post a specific supply list on the classroom page before class each week.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
If possible, choose an area that has room for dancing and somewhere you can make noise. Parents are invited to join their child in class. If you are unable to be available during the class, show your child how to "unmute" so that they can communicate with me if necessary.
