Holiday Baking Class
Let's bake together! In this class, we will bake some deliciously soft and scrumptious sugar cookies. We will decorate them with their favorite holiday decor! Share them with your whole family or give them as a gift.

Beginner Level
In this one time class, we will make delicious sugar cookies with delicious tasting holiday frosting. A list of ingredients and equipment and first steps will be provided prior to the start of class. We will have fun creating and interacting with each other while talking about our favorite holiday treats and traditions! Please be aware of allergies: Cookies will contain dairy and flour with no alternative options. Almond flavoring will be used to flavor cookies. Food coloring will be used for the frosting, if desired.

Create
Students will put ingredients together in this class. Sugar cookies must be refrigerated at the end of class, so the dough can set 55 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Cook
After the dough is set, students will put roll out cookies, cut out shapes, bake and decorate cooled cookies 55 mins online live lesson
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Students may need help finding the correct kitchen equipment and measuring out ingredients accurately. If there is access, students may need help with an electric mixer or kneading the dough.
If your student will need guidance with oven usage, please make sure you are available to help with the second part of the lesson.

A one page handout will be provided before the start of class listing ingredients, equipment, and any other necessities.
