Our lives can be incredibly overstimulating; we have to juggle work, family, friends, etc. With all that goes on throughout our day, we often forget about our own self and the care that we need. Meditation and breath work are important in re-centering our selves in a hectic and anxiety ridden world. It helps promote calm, focus, happiness, thoughtfulness, just to name a few.
