In this four week Spanish course, students will build on the prior knowledge gained in K-2 Intro to Spanish.
Class experience
This is the second course for K-2 Introduction to Spanish. Students will review Spanish greetings, numbers and colors then build on this knowledge to include numbers 11-15 as well as tertiary colors not covered in the first course. Vocabulary will include places to visit like a city or farm. Students will also learn to name and describe animals in a farm or zoo using the verb "ser" and adjectives of color. Hello! I am teacher Terri and I have been having fun teaching World Languages for over two decades. I have a Master's degree in Education, a Bachelors degree in Spanish and I am certified to teach Spanish K-12. I have taught students ages 4-18 from beginning Elementary Spanish to Level IV High school as well as World Language Exploratory. I also have extensive experience teaching ESL to learners of English and hold a TEFL certificate. I love sharing languages in a fun and memorable way and I believe this helps students excel.
