Hola! La La La! Learn Spanish Through Song (for Beginners Ages 3-5)

Students will learn some simple songs and phrases in Spanish through video chat in a small group of students. Each class will begin with the teacher singing a song that teaches essential vocabulary (such as greetings, colors, numbers, family members, etc.). The teacher will then share some words and phrases that will help the students learn the song. The students will have the opportunity to practice the vocabulary and pronunciation right there in class. They will then be given the opportunity to sing the song together before the class ends.

Class 1: Greetings and Introductions
-Songs: Buenos dias; Hola, yo soy ___.
-Vocabulary to learn: Hola; Adios; Buenos dias; Como estas?; Muy bien, y usted?; Yo soy ___. Cual es su nombre?
Class 2: Family Members and More Introductions

Class 3: Colors and Numbers

-Song: La Cancion de los numeros
-Vocabulary to learn: 1-10 in Spanish, azul, verde, rojo, amarillo
Class 4: Spanish Alphabet and More Colors/Numbers

-Song: El abecedario 
-Vocabulary to learn: Letters of the Alphabet, review colors and numbers from last week
Class 5: Manners

Class 6: Other essential Beginning Phrases
