The learning goals for this course will look at the three separate high-altitude nuclear testing Operations of Hardtack I, Argus, and Fishbowl. Further, this class will delve into the results of the testing, how a hydrogen bomb works, and the scientific significance of these tests. Additionally, there will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information. The student may download the document and use it to take notes during the class. Also, there will be one short video about the Hardtack I testing to stimulate discussion points in the class. The desire of the teacher is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn about the material. There will be no assigned homework in this class and the teaching style will be interactive discussion using power point.

Parental Guidance
There is no graphic violent material in this class. There will be a short YouTube video in this class and you do not need a separate login for this video.
Supply List
There will be a two-page note taker provided for the student to print out and follow along during class. All the answers will be on the slides and this will not be turned in or graded.
