Description

Class Experience

In this summer camp the students will learn about the locations of the Olympics in the past.  Students will learn about the cities, peoples, and cultures of the countries that have held both the summer and winter Olympics. Students will fill out a timeline of the dates and the cities names where the Olympics have taken place.  Students will also keep track of each city with a 5w chart.  Students will learn Greek roots to English words and vocabulary of the games.  There will be a craft each...

Scissors, glue, paint, colored pencils or markers, paper plates, cardboard, colored construction paper, sting, tissue or crepe paper.

Informal assessment
