In this engaging and educational class, we embark on a journey through the lives and discoveries of history's greatest scientists. Each week, we dive deep into the fascinating world of a different scientist, exploring their contributions, challenges, and the impact they've had on our understanding of the world. Through interactive activities, discussions, and multimedia presentations, learners will gain a newfound appreciation for the wonders of science and the remarkable individuals who shaped it. The class structure is designed to maximize learning and engagement within the 45-minute session: Introduction (5 minutes): We kick off by introducing the scientist of the week, providing a glimpse into their background and notable achievements. Presentation and Discussion (25 minutes): Through an immersive multimedia presentation, we delve into the scientist's major discoveries, theories, and enduring legacy. Learners are encouraged to participate actively, ask questions, and share their insights during engaging discussions. Reflection and Wrap-Up (15 minutes): We conclude each session with a thoughtful reflection, inviting learners to share their key takeaways and how the day's lesson resonates with their own interests and experiences. This extended wrap-up period allows for deeper reflection and discussion, fostering a deeper understanding of the material covered.
