Learn the Music of Black History! In this one-time course, students will take a magical train ride down the history of African-American music. Students will learn the roots from which the music today sprouted and also will play games themed towards the lesson. Students will go through the timeline from the genres of Spirituals, The Blues, Jazz, Soul, R&B, Hip-Hop, and 90's Rap. Although my degree is in Communications, Black History has always been a highlight and a focus in my household and college studies. I am eager to share that knowledge with your learner!
