In this history class, learners will learn facts about Mansa Musa and The Mali Empire. This class will meet one time.
Learners will watch manipulatives through Nearpod and answer questions. 
This class will begin with a lecture about Mansa Musa and the Mali Empire.
We will learn about his legacy as the wealthiest man to ever live.
How he became the wealthiest ruler?
During the last few minutes of class, learners will participate in a quick game of blooket. 
You do not need a separate device to access Blooket.

This class will be taught by Mr. Neal. Mr. Neal is a Social Studies teacher and has been a Social Studies teacher for more than 7 years.

Learners should be able to access Blooket during class. Parents may have to help learners that may need a little assistance.

We will also access nearpod. Mr. Neal will share the slideshow through nearpod. Learners do not need to access nearpod on their own.
