I'm a huge history buff. I love learning about history and doing research about different time periods. The American Revolution is an important part of my family history, as one of my ancestors was an aid to George Washington during the Battle of Yorktown. I do extensive research for all of my history classes and try to present facts in a balanced and factual way, while keeping things interesting and fun for the learners.
Before class students will receive a document containing all the information covered in class. They are strongly encouraged to read over it before coming to class.
1 file available upon enrollmentA three page document will be provided before class with from which all questions will be taken. Learners should review this document before coming to class, but are asked to leave it alone during class.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
This class covers the American Revolution, while the material will be presented in an age appropriate manner, and if learners pose any questions about the topic they will be answered sensitively and age appropriately while as accurately as possible and age appropriately.
