In this one-time class, students will learn about the legacy of Latino actor Lin-Manuel Miranda, popularly known for his work on Disney’s Encanto and the creator and star of Hamilton. This is a great class for Hispanic Heritage Month.
Class experience
During this 40 minute class, students will learn about Lin-Manuel Miranda and his contributions not only to the acting world and pop culture but also his humanitarian efforts. During class time, we will work through a brief overview of his life including his early life, rise to fame, his award-winning shows "In The Heights" and "Hamilton", and his current projects.
