During this class we will start off with a warm-up, we will stretch and learn some hip hop tricks. We will also learn a fun, upbeat routine by the end of class. At the end of the routine, freestyle is encouraged! *The duration of the warm-up and choreography time may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school, weekends or virtual field trips!
Learning Goals
Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
