We start off with a warm-up and stretch for about 5-7 minutes. Next we will learn an upbeat dance routine for about 15 minutes total. During class we will find out everyone's favorite color! *The duration of the warm-up and choreography time may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

The goal for this class is to get exercise and learn some new moves while having fun!

Parental Guidance
Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
Supply List
A pdf coloring sheet will be provided so your child can bring to class or bring your own! Bring Crayons to color your coloring sheet! The attachment is with the welcome message.
