During this beginner hip hop dance class we will learn about our planets, warm-up, stretch and learn a fun, upbeat hip hop routine! At the end of class we will play a game!

We will start off with a warm-up, stretch our bodies from head to toe, and learn a fun, upbeat, hip hop style routine! All songs in class deal with space and our planets! <a href="https://www.freepik.com/free-photos-vectors/vintage">Vintage vector created by vectorpocket - www.freepik.com</a> *Duration of warm-up, choreography, game may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!
Learning Goals
Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)

Printable Martian name game is attached. If you are unable to print, they can still play and I will help them figure out their Martian name and planet they are from!
