Get ready to groove at our high-energy hip-hop dance sessions! We'll be dancing, cheering, and singing our hearts out—prepare to break a sweat and have an absolute blast on the dance floor! My routines are designed for all ages and are guaranteed to get you moving and smiling! During our sessions, we'll focus on building confidence, mastering hip-hop moves, and enhancing social skills through the power of dance. Students will also have the chance to showcase their own choreography and teach it to the class, adding their unique flair to the session. Please note that while we’ll be busting some serious moves, there won’t be any jumps or tumbling involved in our hip-hop sessions.

Parental Guidance
Safety and privacy are our top priorities. Whenever students are involved in a physical fitness routine, please remove any potential hazards (including, but not limited to, needing an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle, and adequate stretching beforehand).
Not wearing the proper shoes can result in falls and injuries. Not stretching before hand or providing proper hydration could result in dehydration or fatigue.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I was a varsity cheerleader in high school and college. I went to a preforming arts middle school where I majored in dance. I am an avid dancer and I️ am Zumba certified. I am passionate about fitness because I believe it helps with emotional and mental intelligence.
