This is truly a beginner level course, as no previous experience is necessary. In this beginner level hip hop dance class, dancers will experience popular dance styles and move to current pop music. Students will learn a few short combinations exploring a variety of dance styles. Participants will have the benefit of observing their peers in a live class setting. Dancers will need a large, safe space to dance, preferable on a slip-free surface. Dancers should wear clothes that allow for a wide range of movement, and proper footwear is required. Hair should be tied back away from the face.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
