In these 45 minute sessions, students will receive feedback and suggestions for revision on any high school writing piece. We can discuss essay writing, research, text analysis, formatting, citations, or anything else writing related.
Class experience
US Grade 9 - 12
In these 45 minute, one-on-one sessions, I will work with students on any aspect of their writing that they choose. We can discuss organization, ideas for literary analysis, research, MLA or APA formatting, or anything else that is beneficial. These sessions will include front work on my end by reading through assignment directions and work that has already been completed, so I can come to class prepared with suggestions and feedback. I do not want to waste any of our precious class time on...
Students will gain confidence in their writing skills. They will have their questions answered and will be provided with suggestions for revision.
I am a licensed English teacher for students in 5-12. I taught in a public school for 4 years. I have one class to complete before receiving my Master of Education degree.
We will discuss work that the student brings to class. I will not be providing materials besides suggestions for their work.
