In this class, you will learn to unlock the key to your brain’s learning potential by using skills like mnemonic techniques, music, colors, and your imagination.

Class Experience

Students will be able to dig deep into the root of learning challenges and better understand their own learning style.   
We will focus on the following topics.

 Learn your learning Style 
Visual (Spatial)
Aural (Auditory-Musical)
Verbal (Linguistic)
Physical (Kinesthetic)
Logical (Mathematical)
Social (Interpersonal)
Solitary (Intrapersonal)

Using Mnemonics for every occasion
Making Connections as a Mnemonic Method

Week Two 
 
Using stories to memorize

Being a student with severe dyslexia and a learning disability, I was told I might never graduate high school.  Twenty years later, currently pursuing my doctorate degree and maintaining a 4.0 GPA, I have personally created a plan to help students, like me, who struggle in school with learning challenges, dyslexia and other learning disabilities.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
