In this 6-week class, we will discuss the types of grammar mistakes that make our sentences (along with essays and other papers) confusing, faulty, or bland. Understanding and identifying these grammar mistakes will also help students with grammar questions on standardized tests like the SAT. I will give explanations and a lot of examples of each type of mistake before students practice correcting some faulty sentences of their own.
