Class experience
US Grade 9 - 12
This is a semester-long course covering some of the most important topics in earth science. We'll examine our home, Earth, and examine our place within our solar system, and our galaxy. There is no prerequisite for this course. This is set up in a block style to allow us to cover a year's worth of material in one semester. Please let me know if your student needs a grade. We will review material, and students will have an opportunity to see how well they're doing, but I don't assign...
Students will develop an understanding of the planet we call home, Earth. They will be able to apply scientific methods to discover new perspectives on Earth.

A notebook for notetaking. A textbook isn't required, but Prentis Hall Earth Science, 2nd Ed is one that is pretty affordable too.
