Class Experience
*This class is part of Seed and Stem Learning Center's High School Business Track* *Class is moderated by a Seed and Stem Learning Center instructor. Guest entrepreneurs have been vetted and certified.* This ongoing course will provide students with an inside look at the journey of an entrepreneur through discussion and lessons delivered by seasoned entrepreneurs. Young people will learn what it takes to be successful in the business environment and contribute to a global economy. No prior...
Students will learn from experienced entrepreneurs about the process of turning an idea into a functioning business. Students will benefit from hearing the mistakes and triumphs of business leaders.
All guest speakers are experienced entrepreneurs and experts in their respective industries. Seed and Stem Learning Center Instructors serve as moderators for each session.
Learners will provide at least one question in the outschool classroom to ask the guest speaker during the live meeting.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
All guest entrepreneurs operate in family-friendly industries. A certified instructor will be present at all times. Nearpod will be used at times for this course. No account is needed.
