High Energy Dance Fitness is a class for students that want to get more exercise, but have fun doing it. This class will include dance cardio and pilates/barre-focused workouts.

Description

Class Experience

Students need to have water nearby for water breaks during their workout. Students will also need a yoga mat or thick towel for floor exercises. 
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Dance Fitness has its risks, as do all workout-related classes. Please be aware that there is a slim chance of injury.
