As the days grow shorter and cooler, animals are preparing for winter. In this class, we will all wear our most snuggly pajamas, bring along our favorite stuffed animal, and a blanket. We will learn about different animals that hibernate and what hibernation means. We will also practice tracing the word hibernate, describe our stuffed animals and our pajamas, and play a game. Learners will be able to show and share their favorite stuffed animal and talk about why it's their favorite as well.
Students will improve their understanding of what it means to hibernate and learn about different types of animals that hibernate.
You will receive a PDF to print out. Students will need a pencil and crayons. Please remember to wear pajamas for class and bring along your favorite stuffed animal! I will!
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
