Class Experience
We will read "Hey, Little Ant" by Phillip and Hannah Hoose in class. In this short story the young boy is faced with a dilemma to either squish the ant or to not. Together we will create a circle of inquiry to consider some of the big questions raised by this story. Students will be able to discuss if they consider harming an animal or even a bug right or wrong.
