This unique program is designed for girls ages 9–13. Through engaging activities, group discussions, and creative projects, participants will build self-esteem, develop resilience, and discover their voice in a supportive space.

Her Voice Her Power Girls Edition is a transformative five-week empowerment program designed for girls to discover their unique strengths, build confidence, and develop leadership skills. The program provides a safe and supportive environment where participants learn to express themselves authentically, make informed decisions, and embrace their potential. Through interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, and engaging activities, girls will explore topics such as self-esteem, communication, resilience, and the importance of collaboration. The program also emphasizes the value of diverse perspectives and empowers participants to be changemakers in their communities. Key highlights of the program include: Leadership Training: Understanding different leadership styles and identifying their own. Confidence Building: Activities that foster self-awareness and a strong sense of self-worth. Teamwork & Collaboration: Group projects that encourage cooperation and mutual respect. Empowerment Tools: Practical strategies for problem-solving, self-advocacy, and emotional intelligence. Community Impact: Inspiring participants to take action and make a difference in their world. I welcome all girls. I've worked in the school system for over 20 years. I am a special education teacher. I have strategies and resources that I can adapt to many special needs participants. If need be so.
