In this one time class, we will make an adorable picture of a hen with her baby chicks! We will learn about drawing and watercolor painting, while also talking about love, the relationship between a mother and her babies, and rebirth in spring. This class is a great companion to Valentine's Day, the Spring Equinox, and Easter. At the beginning of class, we will go over the art materials that are needed. We will use a pencil, an eraser, a black marker (fine tip Sharpie works well), watercolor paint, a brush, water, and a paper towel in case of spills. Using watercolor paper or thick art paper is recommended for better results.
