Class Experience

I began my journey as a dancer and musical theater kid in 5th grade and eventually earned my MA in Expressive Arts Therapy/ Intermodal and became a therapist, a teaching artist and a published author. It has been a long, beautiful journey that encompassed the arts in many of their forms. When I began I had no idea how many careers there were for people like me, inclined toward the arts, ready to express, always wanting to challenge the status quo and my own self.

If you are at all interested in the arts, I encourage you to check this class out. It offers insight into all the different kinds of arts therapies out there: dance/movement therapy, music therapy, drama therapy, intermodal arts therapy. Using the arts therapies as a lens, I will bring you through the world of the arts, so you can see just how powerful the arts can actually be!
