Class Experience
Did you know that your skin is the largest detox organ of your body? As the largest detox organ it has a HUGE amount of work in both absorbing the good and ridding the bad from the body. What you choose to eat and the products you use on your skin have a huge impact not only on your body, but also your skin's health. Think glowing skin or red and inflamed. This is how your skin responds. In this class students will learn how to achieve clear skin naturally through proper diet and skin...
My goal for each student is to be able to achieve clear skin naturally and to understand the importance of healthy eating.
I am passionate about nutrition! As a nutritionist I believe that the first and most important step in achieving healthy skin is by turning the attention to your diet. What we put in our bodies will ultimately have a positive or negative effect on the look, feel and function of our skin. Focusing on healthy skin means more clean foods and less toxins. Remember! Our outer appearance is often a reflection of our inner health!
There are a couple experiments that will be assigned for homework. They will be provided under the supply list as an attached file available upon enrollment.
