Welcome to Morning Meeting! We will meet together each morning and participate in a morning meeting before starting school work for the day. Especially during virtual learning, students need an opportunity to create a sense of community with others. I hope this class can help create a safe space for your learner to grow socially and emotionally, as well as reinforcing some academic concepts along the way. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and have previously led Morning Meetings in elementary school.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
