I have an MA in Jewish Studies, and have completed several other academic Jewish Studies and Religious Studies classes, at the graduate level. This includes more than two years of Biblical Hebrew, as well as classes in Modern Hebrew. I have helped hundreds of students develop and improve their Hebrew reading skills. Outschool is a secular platform, and this class takes an academic and secular approach to all topics.
A way to write letters is ESSENTIAL for this class!! A WHITEBOARD and MARKERS are ideal. Writing on the Zoom whiteboard and sharing your work may also be an option. Please also bring blank PAPER and CRAYONS or MARKERS plus a PENCIL (or pen), so we can practice drawing some vocabulary words. Please also bring the PRINTOUT each week. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you!
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
