Class Experience

Students will learn basic Hebrew words. The goal of the class is to use pretend play to allow students comfort with introduction to a foreign language. Learning languages assists in brain development and introduction to languages at a young age allows for comfort with new sounds and can help in other academic subjects in the future.
I am fluent in Hebrew and look forward to sharing this language with young learners with or without prior exposure to the language. I also have a masters in early childhood education and love to teach through pretend play to young learners!
Nothing is required, but if students would like to wear prince or princess costumes they are welcome. If they would like they can also bring a cup for prince/princess tea or any other props to share.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
