I have an MA in Jewish Studies from the University of Indiana-Bloomington, and have completed several other academic Jewish Studies and Religious Studies classes, at the graduate level. This includes more than two years of Biblical Hebrew, as well as several classes in Modern Hebrew. As a Hebrew school teacher, I have helped hundreds of students develop and improve their Hebrew reading skills, starting with the Hebrew alphabet.
Students may be asked to spend a few minutes reviewing the letters they have learned each day, if they wish.
Please bring at least 3 (your choice which, more is good) of the following materials to class each day:

Play-doh or clay, pretzel sticks, pipe cleaners, legos, toothpicks, small blocks, Cheerios or cereal, paperclips, or three dozen pennies/coins.

***Please make sure these are materials that your students can handle safely, and will NOT swallow or otherwise use to injure themselves! Please provide supervision as needed.***

Please also bring crayons or markers, and some paper. Thank you!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
This is secular (non-religious) class. ALL students are welcome!
