Description
Class Experience
Growing up, everyone in my family was sick, all the time. We tried dozens of methods to get healthy - conventional medicine, alternative medicine, vitamins and supplements, even a couple "miracle cures" that weren't so miraculous. After years of experimentation, we finally discovered that our diet was the culprit and that eating healthier was the solution! My mother later published a book on the subject, and I became passionate about teaching others how to cook healthier and "let your food be your medicine." The goal of my Healthy 'n' Heavenly Treats interactive cooking classes is to share healthy culinary secrets with others and dispel the myth that healthy foods and heavenly treats are mutually exclusive.
