Class Experience

This ongoing weekly social club is for young learners to meet together and talk about healthy living ideas, and share tips with others in the group. Kids can talk about their exercise routines, or their favorite dances and maybe even share them to the group! We can talk about what living a healthy lifestyle means to us. Kids can join any class meet-up of this ongoing social club and feel welcomed, for every week will be a new discussion and a new activity. The weekly activities will be open to ideas and discussions that come up within the group around the topic of healthy living, and every week, I will share my healthy living ideas about making smoothies & fruit and vegetable juices. This social club is a great way for kids to talk about their interests with living a healthy lifestyle. The recipes that I will share are fun, nutritious and yummy! My smoothies and juices provide a wonderful way to incorporate a healthy living lifestyle with any young learner! Please be aware that some recipes may contain nuts, and/or plant-based milks, but substitutions can always be made if you prefer or ifyour learner has allergies. The ingredients that I will use will be all fruit, vegetable and nut based. I use no dairy, but you can if you prefer! I will be using a blender and a juicer for these classes; however, you can use a blender for all recipes provided in class. Adult supervision is needed in these classes while operating the blender and/or juicer and preparing the ingredients for the recipe of the week. Your young learner will most likely gain more excitement walking down the fruit and vegetable aisle in the grocery store with you as they become more involved in their weekly creations of juicing and making delicious smoothies.
