In this class we will learn about different health topics, and have conversations about how we can improve our health and fitness!
Class experience
The first part of each session of club (about 15 minutes) will be learning about a new topic of health and fitness (see topics below) primarily with the use of relevant image-filled slides. The second part of the class (about 15 minutes) will be an interactive conversation with the kids to get them thinking about their health and how they can implement what they learned!
