Hi there, Cook-a-long with Caroline (me) a qualified Food and Nutrition Teacher in the UK. Let's make some tasty recipes for you and your family to enjoy this season! The recipes are all vegan and you can use PUMPKIN and/or SWEET POTATO including tinned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie puree). This Course is based on easy to moderate cooking skills. Students will learn and improve on being organised in the kitchen and more competent at cooking.
I am a certified, experienced Food and Nutrition Teacher in the UK. I love teaching young people healthy, tasty recipes, that I know they will enjoy and seeing them become confident in the kitchen.

Downloadable PDF recipes will be sent on booking. Please, please, please have pre-oven or microwaved cooked pumpkin or sweet potato ready each week of the quantity or more as per recipe. This can be done the night before or in the morning depending on your time zone. Thank you.
