Join our Healthy Habits Quest: An Adventure for Kids, designed to teach essential kids' health and wellness concepts in a fun and engaging way. This course covers nutrition, physical activity, emotional well-being, personal hygiene, and more. Through interactive lessons, your child will explore nutrition and food groups, ways to stay active, healthy hygiene habits, why rest is important, how to deal with big feelings, the importance of kindness and how to be a good friend, and more! Perfect for parents seeking an online health class for kids that promotes a balanced and healthy lifestyle!

Course Schedule: Join at anytime as each lesson is the perfect place to start!

Week of 1/6: Healthy Goals for Little Learners
-What does being healthy mean? 🌟
-Why staying healthy helps us feel good.
-How small choices, like brushing teeth or playing outside, keep us strong!

Week of 1/13: Nutrition Basics
-Learning about "grow foods" (like fruits 🥦🍎) and "sometimes treats."
-Fun ways to try new foods and snacks!

week of 1/20: Physical Activity
-Why moving our body is so much fun! 💃🏃‍♂️
-Exploring easy and fun exercises (like jumping, dancing, and stretching).
-Creating your very own "play and move" routine.

Week of 1/27: Healthy Eating Habits
-Finding "power foods" vs. "treat foods."
-Making snack time fun and colorful with fruits and veggies!

Week of 2/3: Personal Hygiene
-Daily routines to keep us clean (like brushing teeth and washing hands 🖐️).
-How washing helps keep germs away.
-Practice pretending to wash and brush with songs and fun!

Week of 2/10: Rest and Sleep
-Why bedtime is important for growing and being happy. 😴
-How to make bedtime cozy with routines (like stories and cuddles).
-Tips for creating a calming "wind-down" time.

Week of 2/17: Emotional Well-Being
-Talking about our feelings (like happy, sad, or mad). 😊😢
-Fun ways to help with big feelings like deep breaths or drawing.

Week of 2/24: Social Health
-Saying "Hi!" to someone new and making friends. 🤝
-Playing kindly and taking turns.
-Being a helper and showing kindness to everyone!

Lessons will then repeat. Jump in any week and stay for 8 weeks!
