Class Experience

My class is all about food and  movement. I’m a certified Yoga Teacher and Health Coach. Eating healthy and moving is so important for child’s development. We all tend to move less during the cold months, but movement is important to stay healthy. We will practice mindfulness and relaxation. I will teach my students how to approach difficult times with calmness. We will work on incorporating breathing techniques into our daily life. We will talk about food and the importance of the right choices.
Learning Goals
My students will learn healthy eating habits and how to move through sequences of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Please make sure students have enough space to perform stretches and exercise, no shoes needed, I suggest working barefoot. Please also have a water bottle.

Numbers have always been my passion. I currently teach GED courses at an adult education center where I prepare students for general high school diploma equivalency test( I specialize in Math). I'm happy to share my knowledge with others. I’m also lover of nature, healthy lifestyle and a certified Yoga Teacher. I have a Bachelors degree in Economics with Minor in Data Science, Masters degree in Economics, and Accounting and postgraduate certificate in Machine Learning. I work as an accountant and teach part time.
